Huawei AP661 Wi-Fi 6 Tri-Radio Smart Antenna Managed PoE Settled/Ceiling Access Point
Huawei AP661 Wi-Fi 6 Tri-Radio Smart Antenna Managed PoE Settled/Ceiling Access Point is a high-speed wireless enterprise-level access point that is applicable to enterprise, campus, and indoor large coverage. It employs Wi-Fi 6 standards with dual-band coverage of 2.4 GHz (802.11b/g/n/ax) and 5 GHz (802.11a/n/ac/ac Wave 2/ax) with a combined device rate of up to 6.575 Gbps. It has an optimal signal distance of 30 meters, offering fast and stable wireless access to large areas.
This access point supports 1536 users with a recommended capacity of 300 users to operate at an optimum rate. It has three radios: 2x2 MIMO at 2.4 GHz, 2x2 MIMO at 5 GHz high band, and 4x4 MIMO at 5 GHz low band with channel bandwidths of 40 MHz, 80 MHz, and 160 MHz, respectively. Smart antenna architecture promotes signal stability and coverage with 4 dBi per chain in 2.4 GHz and 5 dBi per chain in 5 GHz.
The AP661 has two physical ports made up of a 2.5GE auto-sensing RJ45 and a GE auto-sensing RJ45. Power sources are either 802.3at/af PoE or a 12 V DC. The maximum power consumption is 21.2 W. The product has flexibility in installation types, including wall mount, ceiling mount (solid wall, channel rail, spring tee, gypsum board, flat-edge T-rail, or beam), and junction boxes of different sizes. Its slim profile is 220 mm in diameter and 50 mm in depth, having a weight of 1.08 kg. The AP can handle temperatures between –10°C and +50°C and humidity from 5% to 95% non-condensing, offering reliable performance in various conditions. Equipped with smart antenna technology and Wi-Fi 6 features, the Huawei AP661 offers stable and high-density wireless coverage for heavy networks.
